Who can register on ollyfree?
Ollyfree is open to residents of the continental U.S. and Canada only. Please only one entry per person per day.
There’s only one giveaway item, will there be another?
Yes, a new item will appear every Monday
So how does this work? What's the item schedule?
We put up one item, each week, pick a winner, and repeat. In other words, a new item will appear every Monday and stay up an entire week. The following Monday we'll pick a winner and put up a new item for another week.
I missed a previous item; can I still enter the drawing for it?
Sorry no.
Yay I won! When and how will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 3 days of winning. We will ship items with the most economical carrier so this is subject to change as items change.
Can I track my item once it's shipped?
Yes. Once an item has shipped we will provide the tracking number via email.
Official Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to enter. To become a contestant, see Rule #2 below. Corporate entities are not eligible. Employees and Agents of the ollyfree, and their immediate family members (or people living in the same household) are not eligible. Participation in this contest constitutes contestant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
2. To become a contestant, Visit the ollyfree web site at http://www.ollyfree.com, and submit the form. One entry per person per day. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigned e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. ollyfree and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail/U.S. mail; for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. All winner notifications in the contest will be sent by e-mail. We are not responsible if your e-mail does not work. ollyfree reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by ollyfree in its sole discretion. If the contest is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity.
3. Every contestant will be allowed to play once per day. To qualify for entry, the contestant must then fill out the entry form as described in rule #2.
4. The Winner will be notified via e-mail. The Winner will receive the free item that appeared on the home page at the time of their entry.
5. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
6. ollyfree contests are subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
Privacy Policy
We collect information such as your name and address in order to:
- Verify winners and confirm we are giving something to an actual person
- Ship an item to you if you so happen to be one of our lucky winners
- Communicate our next freebie
We may share information collected with a third-party shipping service in order to get an item to you. In other words, the name/address information that is collected is used solely to ship items to our lucky winners - that's it.
Additionally, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. However, this does not include your name, address, email, or telephone number. We would never sell, share, rent, or lease your personal information to any third-party for their independent use or benefit. We hate when this happens to us so we know everyone else must feel the same.
Future changes to this privacy policy may be made at any time. We will communicate changes by sending an email or positing notice of any changes to this website.
